At PwC, our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

In Oracle data and analytics at PwC, you will utilise Oracle's suite of tools and technologies to work with data and derive insights from it. You will be responsible for tasks such as data collection, data cleansing, data transformation, data modelling, data visualisation, and data analysis using Oracle tools like Oracle Database, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle Data Integrator, Oracle Data Visualization, and Oracle Machine Learning.

The Opportunity

• When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
• As part of the Oracle Data and Analytics team you can create conceptual, logical, and physical data models that drive business success. As a Manager you can lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. This role offers the chance to leverage your knowledge in data modeling tools and SQL to deliver exceptional solutions that meet client needs.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• Proficiency in any Data modeling tool like Erwin Data Modeler, ER/Studio, or IBM Infosphere Data Architect
• Strong knowledge of SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL Server, or Oracle for Data analysis
• Familiarity with ETL processes to map data flows
• Expertise in normalization, denormalization, and Data Vault 2.0
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently as a Subject Matter Expert
