Instead of traditional assets like stocks or bonds, you will identify and bring exceptional artworks to our platform by leveraging and expanding our network of galleries, dealers, auction houses, advisors, and collectors. You will actively develop the art category by sourcing compelling opportunities, building new partnerships, and helping shape the strategic direction of the category. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong ownership, who enjoys combining analytical thinking with commercial intuition. You should be passionate about the art market, curious about emerging trends, and comfortable working with market insights to identify attractive opportunities. Strong communication and partnership management skills are essential, as you will collaborate closely with partners and internal stakeholders to bring exceptional assets to our investor community. Your responsibilitiesSource high-quality artworks and investment-relevant opportunities for the Timeless platformBuild, manage, and expand relationships with galleries, dealers, auction houses, collectors, and other market participantsEvaluate sourcing opportunities based on quality, provenance, pricing, market attractiveness, and liquidity potentialDrive the strategic development of the art category and help define focus areas and pipeline prioritiesNegotiate commercial terms and secure attractive sourcing opportunities  Monitor market developments, artist trends, transaction activity, and pricing dynamicsWork closely with internal stakeholders across analytics, operations, and portfolio managementSupport the preparation of investment cases, valuation input, and internal decision-making materialsEnsure a professional and scalable sourcing process with proper documentation and transparency What we want to see in youSeveral years of relevant experience in the art market, ideally with a background in an auction house, gallery, dealership, advisory, or similar environmentStrong expertise in Art and a good understanding of the relevant market structure and dynamicsProven sourcing capability and an existing network across relevant market participantsStrong commercial instinct combined with a structured and analytical way of workingAbility to assess assets not only from a cultural perspective, but also from a market and pricing perspectiveEntrepreneurial mindset, strong ownership, and a hands-on attitudeExcellent communication and relationship management skillsComfortable working in a dynamic and growing environment What you can expect from usA key role in building one of the most exciting collectible asset platforms in EuropeThe opportunity to shape and develop an important category from an early stageHigh ownership and direct impact on sourcing and portfolio developmentA dynamic, entrepreneurial team and short decision-making pathsThe chance to work at the intersection of collectibles, investing, and innovation About usTimeless Investments, headquartered in Berlin, is Europe's leading platform for real-world asset tokenization.
