Your role

We are seeking a Data & AI Solutions Architect to lead the design of enterprise-scale Data & AI solutions. The role combines architecture leadership, stakeholder engagement and technical strategy to deliver secure, scalable and business-aligned solutions.

Your tasks

• Design end-to-end Data & AI solution architectures.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Define architecture standards, patterns and best practices.
• Support AI, analytics and data platform initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and business stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture principles.
• Provide technical leadership throughout solution delivery.

Your profile

• 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Data Architecture or AI Architecture.
• Strong understanding of Data & AI ecosystems.
• Knowledge of Databricks and related AI technologies.
• Ability to take incoming business requirements and transform these into a target architecture.
• Experience designing cloud-based solutions (Azure and/or AWS).
• Knowledge of AI/GenAI technologies and implementation patterns.
• Experience with APIs, integration architecture and data platforms.
• Experience with data visualisation and analytics, including AI/BI dashboards.
• Able to structure data and load it into Databricks, with working knowledge of downstream reporting and analytics.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English.
• Must be based in, and available to work on-site full-time from, Gdańsk or Wrocław.

Nice to Have

• Experience delivering GenAI solutions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Purview, Soda and Tableau.
• Architecture certifications (Azure, AWS, TOGAF).
• Experience working in regulated or professional services environments.
