Job description
Job Summary:**
Hitachi, Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Marketing Manager for the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region. This role is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns to drive demand generation, pipeline growth, and brand awareness across CEE, aligning with global marketing strategies and regional sales objectives.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement comprehensive field marketing plans for the CEE region, including demand generation, lead nurturing, and awareness campaigns, in collaboration with regional sales teams and global marketing.
* Manage and execute a variety of marketing activities, including events (trade shows, webinars, seminars), digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid advertising), content localization, and partner marketing programs.
* Adapt global marketing materials and campaigns for local market relevance and language, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
* Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, key metrics, and ROI, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
* Manage regional marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and adherence to financial guidelines.
* Collaborate closely with sales teams to understand their needs, provide sales enablement tools, and ensure marketing activities directly support sales targets.
* Identify and cultivate relationships with local partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives.
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights within the CEE market to inform marketing strategies.
* Act as a brand ambassador for Hitachi in the CEE region, promoting its values and solutions.
Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 5+ years of progressive experience in field marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing roles, specifically within the CEE region.
* Proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and measuring multi-channel marketing campaigns.
* Strong understanding of the CEE market dynamics, cultural nuances, and business landscape.
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
* Experience with budget management and performance reporting.
* Fluent in English and at least one major CEE language (e.g., Polish, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian, Russian). Additional CEE languages are a significant plus.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
* Willingness to travel frequently within the CEE region.
