We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity. Skills and CompetenciesMinimum 6-8 years of product management experience with a demonstrated ability to independently drive products or feature areas from discovery through launch and post-launch iterationProven experience owning products end-to-end, including discovery, requirements definition, prioritization, release planning, and ongoing optimizationStrong ability to create clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences, including leveraging AI to enhance documentation quality and efficiencyExperience managing complex cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Data, Design, and business stakeholders while balancing competing prioritiesProficiency with agile product management methodologies and tools, including backlog management, sprint planning, and product lifecycle governanceStrong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to define, measure, and interpret product performance metricsTechnical fluency to engage effectively in architecture, infrastructure, and integration discussions and evaluate trade-offs without requiring hands-on coding expertiseDemonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges.
