People Strategy Consultant (18 months contract with option to extend)

We are looking for a highly motivated and collaborative consulting professional to join our European Consulting Team as a People Strategy Consultant.
In this role, you will contribute to strategic HR consulting projects for global organizations and our Marsh partners across Europe, working on a broad range of talent, rewards and organization design related initiatives.
Depending on your experience, the role will cover the full consulting project lifecycle or selected stages of it, including: identifying and developing project opportunities, preparing and presenting proposals, and executing projects directly with Clients. You are going to collaborate with representatives of international organizations with headquarters across Europe or subsidiaries of global businesses. You will work closely with our colleagues across the region and receive support from our global network of specialists.
This role is based in Warsaw, Poland, and offered as a hybrid position.
We will count on you to:
Drive consulting projects across talent, rewards, and organization design topics.
Consult Clients on developing and implementing people and rewards related strategies.
Prepare high-quality Client presentations, reports, and workshop materials.
Conduct research, analysis, and benchmarking to generate clear and actionable insights.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with our Clients and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate and support project delivery across multiple workstreams and geographies.
Identify opportunities to deepen Client relationships and support business growth.
Collaborate effectively with cross-European teams and the Warsaw hub to deliver projects end to end.
What you need to have:
A strong consulting background, ideally gained in consulting, professional services, or a strategic in-house advisory environment.
4+ years of relevant experience in consulting, HR advisory, people strategy, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into concise recommendations.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and Client-facing skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively across international teams.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Proficiency in another European language, would be an advantage.
Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
