Clinical Program Assistant - Kidney Acquisition at Providence St. Joseph Hospital Orange in Orange, CA. This position is Full-time and will work 8-hour, Day shifts.

Under the direction of the Transplant Coordinator, assist in facilitating patient work-ups in evaluation for Kidney Transplantation and Living Donation. Under the direction of the Senior Transplant Nurse Practitioner, assist in facilitating authorizations, scheduling procedures. Acts as the first-line call screener. In addition, the position provides general secretarial support.

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years of General office experience in a busy office setting.
• Experience in handling multi-function duties.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Medical terminology and/or medical transcription experience.
