SuccessFactors Talent Management Consultant
Core Experience:
- SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals, Succession and Career Development
- Experience configuring calibration, talent review and succession pool processes
- Strong integration experience between Talent modules and Compensation/Employee Central
- Good knowledge of MDF (Metadata Framework) based extensions
- Functional knowledge of competency and career path frameworks
- Understanding of talent analytics and workforce insights
Key Competencies:
- 10 to 12 years in SAP HR/SuccessFactors Talent consulting
- Experience in blueprinting and writing functional specifications, help manuals and test scripts
- Experience supporting large-scale talent management implementations
- Experience in creating root cause analysis for talent process issues
- Should be able to communicate directly with the business users and resolve the issues
- Capacity to understand business requirements from a client's point of view
- Capacity to work in a group domain, viably cooperating with others
- Must be results-oriented with full ownership
- Capacity to perform multiple tasks and deal with different expectations and undertakings simultaneously
- Strong fundamental knowledge in domain areas
- Strong communication skills
