Keep reading.SUMMARYThe Senior HVAC Technician assists in the safe installation and maintenance of all commercial grade HVAC &associated hydronic systems by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following, other duties may be assigned)Works well independently and manages assigned daily tasks, service calls, preventive maintenance duties, and follow-up work with limited supervision. Prioritizes work based on safety, guest impact, operational needs, and equipment reliability.Safe installation and maintenance of commercial grade hydronic piping and HVAC systems including, but not limited to, building heat plants, ventilation systems, air conditioning, controls systems, refrigeration, and boilers.Coordinates with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and outside service providers for HVAC-related repairs, maintenance, inspections, installations, and project work. Ensures work is communicated clearly, completed safely, and aligned with resort standards.Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs commercial air conditioning and multi-zone heating and cooling systems.Identifies maintenance risks on equipment.Diagnoses electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.Performs emergency repairs promptly and...
