What you will do:
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting;
- Leverage strong negotiation skills to structure win-win deals;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution;
- Manage agreement discussions smoothly;
- Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices;
- Communicate with cross-functional specialists.
What you need to succeed in this role:
- Excellent English and Spanish language skills (at least C1 level for both speaking and writing);
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, media, or influencer marketing;
- Proven track record of closing deals and meeting/exceeding sales targets;
- Previous experience working with influencers on social media;
- Proactive, target-driven, and highly energetic self-starter;
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and close deals efficiently;
- Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).
