As a Territory Manager - CMS, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the successful implementation of our CMS solutions. Your expertise in the Eastern market and knowledge of the PWD, CPWD, Railways, and other departments will be instrumental in achieving our business objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to target PWD, CPWD, Railways, and other relevant departments in the Eastern market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to drive business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to showcase our CMS solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable and sustainable business relationships.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to enhance our market position.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to align efforts and achieve sales targets.
- Generate accurate sales forecasts and provide regular reports on sales performance.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote our brand and solutions.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in the Eastern market, with a proven track record in sales and business development.
- In-depth knowledge of the PWD, CPWD, Railways, and other department working processes and requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Familiarity with CMS solutions and the ability to understand and articulate their benefits.
- A proactive and results-driven approach to sales and business development.
- Willingness to travel within the Eastern region as required.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, sales, or marketing.
