Assistant Manager-Controllership-SEC Reporting

• Perform financial reporting and technical accounting for the corporate finance function of EXL.
• Be responsible for drafting of quarterly and annual financial statements i.e., 10Q/10K 
• Be responsible for monthly and quarterly closing activities.
• Should have understanding of accounting topics, such as, derivatives, leases, share-based employee compensation.
• Abreast with the latest developments on accounting and reporting aspects from regulators, such as FASB and SEC.
• Experience in financial statements preparation, variance analysis etc.

Knowledge of any one of the following GAAP would be an advantage, for instance, IFRS, Ind AS or US GAAP
