Join us!Certified Pharmacy Technician- Closed Door | Onsite- Boise Responsibilities: Process data entry of electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions per Blink protocols, with a focus on complex and higher-difficulty entries Serve as point of contact for provider/physician communications, handling both outbound and inbound calls Accepts inbound provider calls through warm transfers, ensuring call context is established prior to acceptance; patient calls are not currently part of this role, responsibilities are subject to change as business needs evolve Resolve open issues submitted by a variety of departments, including pharmacists, other technicians, and Incident Coordinator team Perform all tasks in a safe and compliant manner consistent with corporate policies and State and Federal laws Other duties as assigned in the Pharmacy Technician role Requirements: Minimum 6 months prior Pharmacy Technician, or similar industry experience required PTCB or NHA certification required prior to joining Professional phone presence in a support/service capacity Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex new software  Competent in basic pharmacy calculations Must hold an active Pharmacy Technician license OR Pharmacy Technician in Training License in the state of Idaho, registered with the Idaho Board of Pharmacy Shifts: Available Shift Options: Rotational 40-hour per week shifts are also available between the hours of 8 AM-7 PM (Monday - Friday) 11 AM - 7 PM MST(Monday - Friday) *** All shifts require rotational Saturday shift 7 AM-3 PM*** Onsite full time position located at 12639 W Explorer Dr #100, Boise, ID 83713 Benefits: Health, Dental & Vision – Multiple plan options from day 1 Well-being Support – Employee Assistance Program with counseling, wellness coaching, legal/financial advice, and more Vacation – Accrue up to 80 hours (2 weeks) in year one Paid Sick Time – 40 hours per year  Holidays – 9 paid holidays + 2 floating holidays per year Parental Leave – 12 weeks paid (birthing) / 4 weeks paid (non-birthing), including adoption and foster placement 401(k) – Traditional and Roth options Life & Disability Insurance – Provided at no cost Snack & Drink Stipend – Daily at all pharmacy locations #blinkindeedWhy Join Us:It is rare to have a company that both deeply impacts its customers and is able to provide its services across a massive population.  At Blink, we have a huge impact on people when they are most vulnerable: at the intersection of their healthcare and finances.
