Lifecycle Management: Own the full development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and API design to testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
Automation & AI Innovation: Drive internal productivity by identifying automation opportunities, including the development of agentic frameworks and AI-integrated workflows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Engineering to translate business requirements into seamless technical solutions.
Infrastructure Support: Manage and optimize data pipelines and ensure high availability within cloud environments (GCP/AWS).
Required Qualifications
Experience: Typically 3–5+ years of related experience in software engineering, data engineering, or automation/AI engineering.
Technical Mastery: Proven expertise in SnapLogic and Workato (or similar iPaaS tools like Okta Workflows/Zapier).
Problem-Solving: A strong analytical mindset with extreme attention to detail and a proactive approach to troubleshooting complex middleware issues.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills & Technical Expertise
AI & Emerging Tech: Deep experience or strong interest in cross-department AI development, including working with MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, REST/SOAP APIs, and agentic frameworks.
Data Engineering: Solid understanding of data pipelines and warehousing (e.g., BigQuery).
Cloud Infrastructure: Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms, specifically GCP or AWS.
Security: Familiarity with OAuth, OpenID Connect, and secure credential management within integration platforms.
Benefits:
Flexible paid time off, paid holidays, options for working from home, and paid parental leave.
