<h1>Channel Sales Development Representative (SDR)</h1>Location: DublinExperience: 2+ years professional experience is a plus (especially channel/cyber experience)<h4>About the Role: </h4>The majority of Red Sift’s Enterprise and Mid Market clients (think Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Premier League) are sourced via the channel and partnerships, we are hiring our first ever Channel SDR to add fuel to this fire. This person will be a hands-on builder, developing our processes of building pipeline with our channel partners. The core and most important part of this job will be outbounding into prospective customers working from an assigned territory of our channel partners. The secondary responsibility will be developing relationships with our partners to scale pipeline creation. You will be joining a tight knit group of SDRs. We started with 3 reps two years ago, we are now growing the team to 5 in recognition of the quality of pipeline we have delivered for the sales org. Of our 3 first hires, 2 have been promoted to AE and CSM. This is a startup environment where hard workers who take ownership thrive. Reps typically make 80 dials a day and reach out to 20 new prospects per day, they are supported by an automated system in the back end with Claude doing account research, writing, persona selection, account mapping on their behalf.Our team hit 100% of our team target in Q2 2026, and we just hit target again in July.
