What you’ll do:

将服务机会转化为实际收入
建立可规模化复制的服务销售模式
改变我们与现有客户群体的互动方式

您将负责

挖掘并转化现有客户中的服务业务机会
建立并管理服务销售机会管道（Pipeline）
制定服务产品方案、定价逻辑及市场推广策略
与销售团队、服务团队及合作伙伴紧密协作，推动联合销售
试点并规模化推广可复制的服务业务模式

Qualifications:

我们真正看重的能力

拥有服务销售、售后市场（Aftermarket）业务或解决方案销售经验
具备优秀的商业敏锐度和市场意识（不仅仅是技术能力）
能够在不确定性环境中开展工作，并从零开始搭建业务
具备在非直接管理关系下影响和推动他人的能力
拥有电力、UPS（不间断电源）、能源或工业领域背景者优先
