Overview

How you can make a difference

 

The POP (Premium-Only Plan) Operations Analyst is responsible for assisting and serving clients and providing the best member service experience possible as well as building and strengthening relationships with members, employer and partners. This position will be the front line of communication for our clients and help to deliver excellent service regarding the Section 125 Cafeteria Plans offered by HealthEquity. This person will also perform administrative duties in addition to answer phone calls and respond to emails. 

 

What you’ll be doing

 

  • Provide Remarkable ‘purple’ service by answering In-bound calls\e-mails from clients, agents, and broker and respond in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Research and validate client participation regarding their accounts.
  • Continuous and efficient processing of client service administrative task including but not limited to new client set up/agent certifications, account maintenance ensuring member data is current and accurate (data entry).
  • Interdepartmental coordination working with and supporting other teams within HealthEquity (e.g. Sales Teams).
  • Communicate with Treasury Team to resolve all credit card disputes, refunds, credits, etc. Performs daily inline payment reporting.
  • Create carrier partner billings and reports, backup for auditing new account batches, maintains records for incoming credit card payments and monthly Compliance batching, auditing via the web portal.
  • Other duties as assigned

 

What you will need to be successful

 

  • Associated Degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of member service/collections.
  • 1-2 years of experience in insurance/financial environment preferred.
  • Exposure to accounting, banking operations, fulfillment activity or employee benefits plans is preferred.

Salary Range

$19.95 To $24.52 / hour

Onboarding & Travel

This is a remote role, with an in-person onboarding training component. New team members must participate in Trailhead, HealthEquity’s immersive onboarding experience Trailhead is designed to foster meaningful connections, support your integration into the organization, and equip you with a strong understanding of our business. Trailhead participation is a key expectation of this role. Trailhead is held onsite at our headquarters once per quarter. HealthEquity covers all required travel and accommodations. 

 

This role may begin with a virtual, self-paced onboarding experience, followed by a mandatory onsite Trailhead session at a later date.
