Lieutenant of Operations - Corporate Security - Dillon
Demonstrates competence in recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and hiring staff to meet the needs of the Organization.
Responsible for the overall supervision and administrative functions at the assigned McLeod Health Campus.
Directs the local Emergency Management Program to include, Training, Drills, and Preparedness.
Monitor, Investigate, Review, and Compile data from complaints, incident reports, and other sources for trends and improvement opportunities.
Maintains a quiet, safe environment at the assigned McLeod Health Campus.
Conducts Annual Employee Appraisals
Perform other duties as assigned.
Work Schedule: 80 hours bi-weekly
Qualifications:
5 years in Hospital Security with two years in relevant Management or the equivalent in education, training and experience
