Here, you will make an impact by:Handling inbound calls related to NPWT (Negative Pressure Wound Therapy) orders, service requests, and product inquiries from patients, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, and healthcare professionalsDocumenting customer interactions and updating account information using internal systems and established proceduresProviding information regarding products, orders, and services based on approved processes, workflows, and training materialsRouting customer inquiries and service requests to the appropriate internal departments when requiredSupporting a 24/7 operational environment, including overtime as business needs requireYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:High School Diploma/GED (or higher) AND two (2) years of customer support, call center, healthcare support, or related experience in a private, public, government, or military environmentANDIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:One (1) year of experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and OutlookOne (1) year of experience handling inbound or outbound customer callsOne (1) year of experience documenting customer interactions in a CRM, ERP, or case management systemAbility to work scheduled shifts in a 24/7 operational environment, including overtime as requiredAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited institutionTwo (2) years of experience supporting patients, healthcare providers, or medical-related...
