Principal Product Manager - Agentic Content Creation

In the Principal Product Manager, Agentic Content Creation role, you will be responsible for the following: Creating requirements for a productionalized agentic system. Deeply understand human workflows, ensuring the uniquely human skills and expertise required to create best-in-class learning experiences are complemented by agentic systems. Working alongside the Global Skilling Learning Product Team to ensure any system designed respects the requirements of both the surface areas on which content is surfaced and the backend of how learning content is stored in a catalogue. Designing metrics to measure success and collaborating with analytics peers to ensure continuous improvement. Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in relevant technical roles, or product management OR equivalent experience. 1+ year(s) people management experience. Experience authoring business and technical requirements for complex end-user experiences with multiple engineering dependencies. Experience creating frameworks and articulating organization-wide strategies with an outside-in perspective. Excellence in communication and stakeholder management. Experience defining success metrics and measuring impact. Experience with tech industry learning products and content types. Experience with enterprise-scale content catalogues. Familiarity with production agentic systems design and capabilities.
