About the job you're considering

Are you an experienced SAP Security professional looking to work in one of the UK's most secure and high-profile SAP environments? Capgemini is seeking an SAP Security & GRC Consultant to join our Application Development & Maintenance (ADM) team, where you'll play a critical role in protecting and governing a complex SAP landscape that supports mission-critical operations.

As part of Capgemini's ADM practice, you'll work alongside SAP specialists responsible for maintaining secure, compliant, and high-performing enterprise applications. Our teams partner closely with clients to provide ongoing support, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across complex SAP environments.

Your Role

• Designing and maintaining SAP roles and authorisations to ensure appropriate user access across the landscape
• Managing user provisioning, access requests, and access reviews
• Implementing and monitoring Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls to minimise business risk
• Administering SAP GRC solutions, including Access Control and Risk Analysis
• Supporting internal and external audits through compliance reporting and evidence gathering
• Investigating and resolving SAP security incidents and access-related issues
• Working with stakeholders to ensure security policies and governance standards are consistently applied
• Contributing to continuous improvements in identity and access management processes

Your skills and experience

• Strong experience in SAP Security and Authorisations within SAP environments
• Hands-on experience with SAP GRC tools, including Access Control and Risk Management
• Knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles and access governance frameworks
• Understanding of audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Experience managing identity and access governance processes
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
