What You Will Do:
- Lead Product Strategy: Own the overall performance, growth, profitability, and strategic direction of the construction technology product line while driving market share and customer adoption.
- Build Manufacturer & Customer Partnerships: Serve as the primary relationship owner with manufacturer partners and key customers, leading strategic discussions, business planning, and solution development.
- Drive Business Growth: Develop and execute business plans, sales strategies, budgets, forecasts, and growth initiatives that maximize revenue and profitability.
- Develop People & Teams: Lead, coach, and support Product Specialists and sales teams by providing training, tools, and expertise needed to drive customer success.
- Champion Market Leadership: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity while identifying new opportunities, applications, and growth strategies.
- Strengthen Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with sales, service, parts, and technology teams to ensure operational readiness and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Drive Customer Adoption & Innovation: Lead technology adoption programs and positioning strategies that help customers improve operational outcomes while advancing business objectives.

What You Will Need:
- Proven Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success leading teams, influencing stakeholders, and driving business performance in a management or leadership role.
- Industry & Technology Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction equipment, construction technology solutions, market trends, and customer applications.
- Strategic Business Acumen: Ability to develop and execute product strategies, business plans, budgets, forecasts, and growth initiatives that deliver measurable results.
- Customer & Relationship Focus: Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with customers, manufacturer partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical Problem Solving: Ability to evaluate market conditions, sales performance, inventory metrics, and competitive activity to make informed business decisions.
- Communication & Influence Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas, influence decisions, and lead strategic discussions.
- Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
