Your role at Hostinger
Senior Content Writer (Journalist) in the Content-Blog team. As part of Hostinger's Organic team, you'll be responsible for writing and shaping client stories, thought leadership pieces, and product-adjacent content that reads less like marketing copy and more like something worth actually reading. You'll dig for the real story behind a subject, source strong quotes, and push every piece past the first obvious angle. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Product, PR, and Tutorials teams, plus SEO and design, to make sure every story lands with both craft and purpose.

Your day-to-day
Own client stories and thought leadership content end to end, from first source contact to published piece, and be accountable for whether the story actually lands
Proactively hunt for angles nobody assigned you. If a topic looks flat on the surface, find the story inside it before someone has to ask why the piece reads like a press release
Push back on weak briefs and challenge product mentions that haven't been earned by the story. Quality control is part of the job, not an afterthought
Partner closely with the Blog and Tutorials teams, plus SEO, to align on voice, format, and what a piece needs to actually perform
Bring real reporting instincts to a tech company context, source strong quotes, ask the question that makes people uncomfortable, and turn that into copy people actually want to read
What will help you succeed
Professional writing experience, ideally with a journalism background, such as staff writer, reporter, or feature writer
Strong interviewing skills. You know how to get something honest out of a source who'd rather give you nothing
A sharp sense of narrative structure, you can find the shape of a story before you start typing
Comfortable writing for a tech or SaaS audience without sliding into dry jargon or empty hype
Native or C1+ English is essential
Nice to have: prior experience writing client stories or case studies, and curiosity about how content performs once it's published, not just how it reads
Meet your team
The Blog team sits inside Hostinger's Content department, working alongside the Tutorials team to turn Hostinger's mission (giving small businesses and solopreneurs the tools to succeed online) into content people actually want to read. It's a small team by design, four people, including this hire, which means real ownership from day one rather than a narrow lane. You'll work most closely with me as team lead and with the other writers on editorial direction, and you'll regularly cross paths with SEO to make sure a good story also does its job.

Compensation
Gross salary from €3,300 a month and is discussed individually depending on experience, competence, and growth trajectory.
