Solution Engineer - Kuwait Nationalization Internship

Program start date: January 2027 About: This program is tailored for Kuwaiti Nationals, aiming to accelerate Kuwaiti employability and create market impact through Early-in-Profession recruitment, and skilling programs. Program overview: This internship is a paid six-month training program that offers globally recognized technical and professional certifications & skills, and on-the-job training to include mentoring, coaching, job shadowing and real-life scenario assignments. Program Details: The 6 months, full-time program is divided into two key phases (Phase 1 - Onboarding & Skilling, Phase 2 - On The Job Training) Phase one: Onboarding & Skilling Bootcamp (1 month) Professional and soft skilling courses including project management, change management, effective interpersonal skills, creativity and innovation, and time management. You build awareness of need for product strategy based on customer feedback, and build awareness of need for compete strategies. You will consume and leverage readiness materials to expand domain knowledge, and begin connecting with customers and promote internal team readiness. You will engage with customer, with coaching from others. You will shadow in customer stakeholder interactions and research customer context to gain understanding and build product expertise. You will develop awareness of available resources by familiarizing yourself with the community and engaging others to gain product knowledge. Currently pursuing/ completed a Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Business, or related field. Kuwaiti Nationality. Legally authorized to work in Kuwait (Legally authorized = Has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit). Fluency in English. Passion for technology and customer obsessed. Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills. Strong Desire and business acumen for consultative solution selling. Exceptional negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
