Ensures adequate records and systems are maintained. Schedules personnel responding to critical situations. Maintains communication with design management and specialists in resolving technical problems and/or bringing problems to the design department’s attention. Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.What you’ll do Lead a dedicated installation workforce located across multiple countries.Drive on-time arrival, safety, workmanship quality, cost, and job scope performance.Own installation performance to customer commit for schedule and budget.Partner cross-functionally to resolve regional account issues.Develop leaders and succession pipelines.Develop and establish strategic initiatives and business processes for new workforce capacity sizing and delivery models.Lead strategic initiatives to size capacity and coordinate across global account teams.Responsible for quarterly operational and financial planning reviews.Develop vendors and participate in service and pricing negotiations.Travel to Asia up to 50% for the first year and down to 20% thereafter.Who we’re looking for Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 10+ years of Field Service experience and 5+ years in management.
