Minimum qualifications:

  • 3 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

  • 6 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment.
  • Experience managing medium- to large-scale projects or events from pre-planning to execution in an ambiguous environment.
  • Experience assisting with mentoring team members and contributing to an administrative community.
  • Familiarity with Google products and services to efficiently support team projects.
  • Ability to identify operational efficiencies and build collaborative relationships with senior executives.

As an Administrative Business Partner, you will serve as an agile, proactive, and collaborative partner for our leadership team. You will leverage your strong business acumen and exceptional attention to detail to anticipate needs, drive operational execution, and flawlessly manage complex scheduling and team events. Operating with autonomy in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will handle sensitive information with unwavering discretion and serve as a reliable, collaborative bridge between the executive's office and key stakeholders.

In accordance with Washington state law, we are highlighting our comprehensive benefits package, which is available to all eligible US based employees. Benefits for this role include:

  • Paid Time Off: 20 days of vacation per year, accruing at a rate of 6.15 hours per pay period for the first five years of employment
  • Sick Time: 40 hours/year (increased to 69 hours/year for Seattle) including 5 discretionary sick days per instance
  • Maternity Leave (Short-Term Disability + Baby Bonding): 28-30 weeks
  • Baby Bonding Leave: 18 weeks
  • Holidays: 13 paid days per year

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $96000 - $137000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Execute core administrative and program management tasks independently, anticipating needs and proposing operational improvements to support the team.
  • Plan, manage, and independently drive small- to medium-scale team events and offsites from initiation through delivery in a fast-paced environment.
  • Draft high-impact materials for internal and external audiences, and manage information flow by prioritizing and escalating critical issues.
  • Establish exemplary trust with senior leaders and cross-functional partners, acting as a reliable bridge for the executive's office.
  • Foster a team culture and assist in mentoring and onboarding new administrative professionals and team members.
