About the Role:

We are looking for an experience Technical Recruiter to lead high-volume hiring across Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, Security, Data, and AI. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple searches simultaneously, and has a proven track record of attracting exceptional technical talent.


The ideal candidate has experience in fintech, payments, banking, or another regulated financial services environment and enjoys working in a fast-paced, highly regulated business.



What You Will Do

  • Own full-cycle recruitment across Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, Data, Security, and AI.
  • Manage multiple technical searches simultaneously while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Partner with engineering and product leaders on hiring strategy, interview design, and market insights.
  • Source passive talent across Europe, Africa, North America, and other global markets.
  • Build long-term pipelines for critical technical roles.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure timely, high-quality hiring decisions.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting data and pipeline reporting.
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes and operational efficiency.



Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience within a technology or fintech company.
  • Proven success hiring software engineers and technical leaders.
  • Strong sourcing capability using LinkedIn Recruiter and other search platforms.
  • Experience managing high-volume recruitment while maintaining hiring quality.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and comfortable working in a rapidly scaling company

  • Previous experience with a talent agency.
