As a Business Assistant in Fincloud, you will support senior leaders in a fast-paced environment. You will use your executive assistant expertise to manage competing priorities while delivering exceptional administrative support. We are looking for a highly organized and resourceful professional who demonstrates discretion, strong time management, and a commitment to high-quality outcomes.

This Business Assistant role will focus on supporting Managing Directors and Executive Directors within Fincloud.

Job responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, including internal and external meetings, conference calls, off-sites, town halls, and skip-level meetings.
  • Coordinate business travel arrangements and support expense processing in accordance with company policies.
  • Handle internal and external stakeholder interactions and coordinate departmental scheduling activities.
  • Partner with relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate expense submissions and policy compliance.
  • Collaborate with business management teams and key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Utilize internal systems to maintain accurate records, generate reports, and compile business information.
  • Maintain distribution lists, technology inventories, and other administrative processes.
  • Develop an understanding of business priorities and adapt support accordingly.
  • Partner with other assistants to provide coverage and ensure seamless team support.
  • Contribute to presentations, projects, and training initiatives as appropriate.
  • Support the delivery of business objectives through proactive administrative assistance.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional business relationships.
  • Advanced calendar management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience coordinating complex travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive and ownership-driven approach.
  • Advanced proficiency in business technology and administrative systems.
  • Understanding of expense management processes and policy compliance.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results.
  • Flexibility and adaptability within a changing business environment.
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience supporting senior executives within a large corporate environment.
  • Knowledge of financial services or investment banking environments.
  • Experience coordinating large meetings, events, or business activities.

  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and stakeholder groups.
  • Experience mentoring colleagues or serving as a role model within a team.
