Business Assistant
As a Business Assistant in Fincloud, you will support senior leaders in a fast-paced environment. You will use your executive assistant expertise to manage competing priorities while delivering exceptional administrative support. This Business Assistant role will focus on supporting Managing Directors and Executive Directors within Fincloud.
Job responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, including internal and external meetings, conference calls, off-sites, town halls, and skip-level meetings.
- Coordinate business travel arrangements and support expense processing in accordance with company policies.
- Handle internal and external stakeholder interactions and coordinate departmental scheduling activities.
- Partner with relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate expense submissions and policy compliance.
- Collaborate with business management teams and key stakeholders across the organization.
- Utilize internal systems to maintain accurate records, generate reports, and compile business information.
- Maintain distribution lists, technology inventories, and other administrative processes.
- Develop an understanding of business priorities and adapt support accordingly.
- Partner with other assistants to provide coverage and ensure seamless team support.
- Contribute to presentations, projects, and training initiatives as appropriate.
- Support the delivery of business objectives through proactive administrative assistance.
