You’ll help identify and manage creators, coordinate deliverables, support onboarding into our creator ecosystem, and work cross-functionally with Marketing, Content, and Sales teams to bring campaigns to life. Your key responsibilities and tasks my include but not be limited to the following:Creator & Campaign CoordinationSupport the execution of multiple influencer and creator campaigns across sports, live rights, and branded integrationsSource, vet, and track creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platformsHelp match creators to specific sports verticals, team hubs, or campaign briefsAssist with negotiating rates, deliverables, timelines, and approvals with creators, agents, and managersTrack creator deliverables, timelines, and campaign status to ensure timely executionRelationship ManagementBuild and maintain positive working relationships with creators, athlete-creators, sports personalities, and managersSupport onboarding of creators into In The Studio and ensure a smooth experience using the Creator Studio toolsServe as a reliable point of contact for creator communications and follow-upsProject Management & Cross-Functional SupportMaintain creator and campaign trackers, calendars, and documentationSupport reporting, analytics, and talent tracking for influencer initiativesWork closely with Marketing and Content teams to ensure creator content aligns with league, team, and brand guidelinesProvide coordination support for campaigns tied to sponsorships, rights holders, and audience growth initiativesStrategy & Creative SupportContribute ideas around creator casting, sports-culture trends, and emerging content formatsParticipate in brainstorming sessions for creative strategy tied to brand partners and...
