Role responsibilities
Lead the design and development of scalable, real-time event-based systems to empower the business to create bonus mechanics independently. Act as a technical escalation point and mentor junior developers while ensuring high standards of code quality and security.
Requirements
Requires proven experience leading development teams and delivering complex technical projects using Golang, React, and Typescript. Commercial experience with Cloud Platforms, specifically GCP, is required, with familiarity in .NET and MSSQL being advantageous.
