We are seeking a talented individual to join our Creative Design Studio team at Mercer, a Marsh business. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting Oliver Wyman's new hub in Lisbon.

This is a hybrid position, with a requirement to work at least three days per week in the office.

As a Presentation Designer, you will collaborate with consultants, partners, and project teams to transform complex business concepts into compelling visual presentations. As part of a global team of over 150 graphic specialists, you will apply your creativity, technical expertise, and attention to detail to deliver high-quality presentation materials that support client engagements and business development.

We will count on you to:

• Design, edit, and format high-quality PowerPoint presentations and other Microsoft Office documents for client deliverables, proposals, and conference materials.

• Collaborate closely with consultants, partners, and team members to translate business concepts into clear and impactful visual communications.

• Apply corporate branding, design best practices, and information hierarchy to create engaging and professional presentation materials.

• Manage multiple projects while delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.

• Stay current with presentation design trends, software enhancements, and industry best practices.

What you need to have:

• 1–3 years of experience in presentation design or a related visual communication role.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
