ABOUT THE ROLE

A high-ownership, cross-functional role in the Founder's Office, working directly with leadership on the company's most important priorities — investor relations, new revenue streams, sales excellence, process improvement, and management dashboards. You'll often solve ambiguous problems with no existing playbook: given direction, you're expected to structure the problem, align stakeholders, and drive it to completion independently.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

Strategic Initiatives and New Growth Opportunities

• Evaluate and help launch new revenue streams and strategic initiatives.

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business-case development.

• Assess acquisition targets, partnerships, and other business opportunities.

• Track the performance of new initiatives and recommend course corrections.


Investor Relations

• Support the leadership team in managing investor relationships and communication.

• Prepare investor updates, board materials, and performance summaries.

• Coordinate inputs across functions to ensure timely and accurate reporting.


Business Operations and Process Excellence

• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing processes.

• Design, document, implement, and continuously improve scalable operating processes.

• Establish clear owners, performance metrics, and review mechanisms.


Sales Excellence

• Partner with sales leadership to improve sales planning, productivity, pipeline management, and performance visibility.

• Identify performance gaps and drive initiatives to improve sales outcomes.

• Support incentive design, target setting, and operating reviews where required.


Dashboards and Decision Support

• Build and manage dashboards that provide leadership with a clear view of business performance. • Work with SQL, databases, spreadsheets, and BI tools to extract and analyse data.

• Go beyond reporting numbers to identify trends, surface risks, and recommend actions


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience: 2–3 years in a Founder's/CEO's Office, strategy, business operations, consulting, investment banking, or a similarly highownership role.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a leading institution (IIT, BITS, DTU, NSIT/NSUT, or a top NIT).

• Analytical rigour: Strong structured problem-solving skills, with working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

• Tooling: Advanced Excel/Sheets and strong PowerPoint/Slides skills; experience building dashboards and management reporting.

• High ownership: Bias for action, comfortable operating with ambiguity and minimal supervision.

• Stakeholder management: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority
