We're expanding our European Control Tower in Wroclaw to support a global leader in industrial manufacturing as it transforms its international supply chain.

Working as part of a dedicated Control Tower team, you'll coordinate international transportation across road, ocean and intermodal freight while using advanced transportation technology, SAP and digital logistics platforms. You'll collaborate with colleagues, carriers and manufacturing sites across Europe and globally, helping ensure products move efficiently while continuously improving logistics performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation execution and documentation teams
• Oversee planning, ocean booking and documentation quality
• Coach and develop team members
• Lead customer operational reviews and escalations
• Monitor KPIs, productivity and workload balancing
• Drive continuous improvement and process standardisation
• Support onboarding and operational readiness

Compensation Range

zł77,100.00 - zł154,500.00
