FCSD VM Retail Supervisor DACH
Supporting NSC FCSD Marketing & Sales teams to provide superior and competency-based services on the full scope of the Variable Marketing program management, from the idea until the evaluation. All activities must be in line with the SLA, FoE strategy/growth plan and audit compliant.
Leadership responsibility for the SBC reporting team, supporting the DACH region.
Detailed task functions and responsibilities:
Program proposals: Lead the translation of National Sales Company (NSC) market needs and Ford of Europe (FoE) Business Unit requirements into standardized FCSD-E VM Program templates. Establish and govern the VM program repository, ensuring consistent team-wide utilization. Proactively identify and implement process improvements to eliminate redundant profit/margin calculations and streamline VM fund and parts availability checkpoints to optimize operational lead times.
Dealer Objective Setting: analyse historical data and calculate objectives using optional objective setting models. Support the alignment of different objective levels (Dealer-NSC-FoE) by financial calculations. Help market make local program annoucement and collect the final dealer objectives by markets. Use dashboard functionally where it applies.
VM Forecast: Align with FoE on VM forecasting guidelines and models, ensuring consistent team application, strict deadline adherence, and full compliance with internal control standards.
Program Evaluation: perform program evaluation in efficient and accurate manner. Put special attention on collection of market qualifiers when central database is not available.
Reporting and Evaluation: support the local Retail coordinator in detailed analysis and understanding of the different program run rates, required adaptions and learnings based on the existing dealer performances. Therefore, a close contact and trustworthy one on one working relationship with the respective coordinator is needed.
Process Improvements: make process improvements recommendations if any process ineffectiveness is experienced. Support the digital transformation for VM program management.
Annual Control Testing: cooperate with the Internal Control Coordinator during scoping by providing feedback on relevant modules/processes and identifying additional elements for the scope. Oversee control testing, define and set Evaluators in GRC as needed, and review questionnaire testing results before submitting them for approval.
Internal Charge and Allocation: request and gather financial or operational inputs from database sources or cross-functional departments. Review and validate the underlying logic of the received data, perform the necessary calculations, and execute the charges and allocations in accordance with internal guidelines.
Preferred Skills/ Experience:
Business/Finance/Economics University Degree
Min. 2-year experience in the Aftersales environment is preferred.
Speaking English and German fluently, supporting the business on a daily basis in both languages
Good communication skills
Strong business acumen coupled with commitment to quality.
Time and priority management skills to boost productivity and efficiency.
Strong analytical skills (strong Excel skills are essential)
Familiarity with SQL and BI/data visualization tools (Power BI, Alteryx, QlikSense, etc.) is an advantage.
