Air Freight Pricing Executive
We are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially driven Air Import Pricing Executive to manage daily air import pricing activities by preparing competitive and profitable quotations. In this role, you will work closely with airlines, overseas agents, and internal stakeholders to support business growth while ensuring pricing accuracy, service excellence, and profitability.
Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate, competitive, and profitable Air Import quotations,
- Negotiate rates with airlines and overseas agents to secure the best commercial solutions,
- Maintain and update buying and selling rates in line with market conditions,
- Support the Sales team by providing timely pricing solutions and commercial guidance,
- Monitor market trends, carrier capacity, and pricing developments to identify business opportunities,
- Ensure quotation accuracy, profitability, and compliance with company procedures and service standards,
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with airlines, overseas agents, customers, and internal stakeholders,
- Support RFQ and tender processes by providing competitive pricing solutions,
- Maintain pricing records, reports, and relevant documentation accurately and on time.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field,
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Air Freight Import Pricing or Air Freight Operations,
- Experience negotiating rates with airlines and overseas agents and preparing competitive quotations,
- Good knowledge of air freight pricing processes and international logistics operations,
- Advanced level of English, both written and spoken,
- Proficiency in MS Office applications,
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance competitiveness and profitability,
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills,
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities,
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up skills,
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment,
- Customer-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
