Test Operator II – 1st Shift

Location: Olive Branch, MS
Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM
Pay: $18.50 per hour

We are hiring dependable and detail-oriented Test Operator II candidates for a leading manufacturing facility in Olive Branch, MS. In this role, you will perform functional testing on electronic products to ensure they meet quality and performance standards before shipment. Responsibilities

• Perform functional testing on electronic products and components using testing equipment and established procedures
• Verify products meet quality standards and customer specifications
• Identify, document, and report product defects or test failures
• Follow work instructions, testing procedures, and safety guidelines
• Accurately record test results and production data
• Communicate quality concerns to supervisors as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, electronics, testing, or quality experience is preferred but not required
• Basic computer skills and the ability to follow electronic work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds
