As a Managed Services - Private Wealth - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outsourced solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Assurance practice, you will leverage your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization to execute key processes such as client interaction, data review, and quality control implementation. As a Manager, you will inspire and develop your team, fostering a culture of integrity and authenticity while articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You are expected to lead with strategic planning and mentor junior staff, identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm.
As part of the Managed Services team you will lead the delivery of exceptional fund finance and accounting solutions across diverse client engagements. As a Manager, you will oversee operations, mentor onshore and offshore team members, and uphold compliance with accounting standards while driving excellence in service delivery. This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance your leadership skills, work with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the success of our clients through innovative solutions and process enhancements.

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Strong command of end-to-end accounting processes, including general ledger, reconciliations, financial reporting, AP/AR, and close cycles.
- Experience in managed services, SLA-based client environments, or outsourced finance preferred
- Exposure to AP/AR automation, expense management tools, or business intelligence/reporting solutions
- Proficiency in modern accounting or ERP systems
- Demonstrating leadership in supervising and coaching teams
- Excelling in analytical and problem-solving skills
- Managing multiple clients and priorities effectively
- Driving process improvements through automation and efficiency
- Supporting client communications and managing expectations
