Job Description: Sign-on bonus Scheduled: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday — early morning hours, starting at either 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM. The shift is 2.5 hours each day. Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, provides methadone dosing services to clinic clientele. Is accountable for safely managing the administration of medication and monitoring effectiveness. Responsibilities: 1. Daily nursing assessment of clients regarding appropriate level of medication dosage running and reviewing of reports. 2. Medical documentation of clients in Methasoft and Epic, daily clinic review regarding client status change. 3. Assess patients, as needed, for signs of withdrawal, sedation, suicide behavior, intoxication and medication effectiveness. Document client concerns daily. 4. Track medication room supply inventories; responsible for ordering and accurate accountability for controlled medication inventory. 5. Review with Nurse Manager and make referrals to Medical Director for clients with medication and/or medical concerns. 6. Implementation of BILH BS medical policies i.e., standing orders, documentation, medical assessment and complies with all departmental and company policies and procedures. 7. Case Management, care coordination and tracking of program patients. 8. Other related duties as assigned Qualifications: Valid and current Massachusetts licensure as a Registered Nurse Current certification in CPR. Minimum of one year of experience in methadone dispensing is required. Experience with epic preferred. Pay Range: $38.76 - $52.17 The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
