Role responsibilities
The Production Coordinator provides operations leadership for the Ketaspire unit, ensuring safety, environmental compliance, and cost-effective polymer production. They manage shift supervisors and coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to meet quality requirements and production plans.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required, with a preference for chemical or mechanical engineering. Candidates must have 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in operations, maintenance, or engineering within a manufacturing facility.
