The opportunity
Reporting to our Market Manager for Ireland, the Order Management Specialist will help to shape our customer experience by supporting the smooth and accurate processing of orders, from confirmation through to delivery.
This position is based at our Dublin Office in Liffey Valley.
This entry‑level position works closely with sales, logistics, supply chain teams, vendors, and customers contributing to the effective management of orders, timely resolution of queries, and the delivery of consistent service standards.
You’ll be encouraged to take ownership of your work, learn through experience, and contribute ideas that support the wider team and business. We will provide hands-on training and development for this role.
How you’ll make an impact
Ensure timely release of orders and a fulfilment of pre-established standards and policies to achieve customer satisfaction.
Monitor and resolve order issues and process errors.
Act as the point of contact for clients with queries, quotes, order processing.
Work with the Supply Chain team on order management and shipping support.
Prepare dispatch and shipping documentation for customers, qualify payments.
Enter orders into SAP and maintain order databases.
Create purchase orders for suppliers and internal work orders.
Work with wider Sales and Project
Your background
Previous experience in a Customer Service/Administrative/Order Processing environment desired, not essential
A keen eye for attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to communicate effectively, over the phone, via email and face to face
Good PC skills, including Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel desired
