Solutions & Technical Enablement Manager
ZoomInfo is where careers accelerate. We move fast, think boldly, and empower you to do the best work of your life. You’ll be surrounded by teammates who care deeply, challenge each other, and celebrate wins. With tools that amplify your impact and a culture that backs your ambition, you won’t just contribute. You’ll make things happen–fast.
ZoomInfo is looking for an engaging, experienced, and results-oriented Solutions & Technical Enablement Manager to join our Product & Technical Enablement team. This role serves as the dedicated enablement partner to ZoomInfo's Solutions Consultant and Overlay organizations, driving technical proficiency and product knowledge across these pre-sales and specialist audiences through targeted, scalable enablement programs.
This is a ground-floor opportunity. While ZoomInfo has invested heavily in enablement for our field sales and CX organizations, our Solutions Consultant and Overlay teams have historically operated without a dedicated enablement partner. This hire changes that - you won't be inheriting an existing playbook, you'll be defining what great SC and Overlay enablement looks like at ZoomInfo, establishing the first programs, processes, and content standards for these audiences, and building the internal credibility of this function from scratch. If you want to build something that doesn't exist yet – and put your name on it – this is the role for you.
Why This Role This is a build role, not a maintain role. You'll have the opportunity to:
- Stand up a brand-new enablement function for a technical, high-influence pre-sales audience that has never had dedicated support
- Define success metrics, cadences, and content standards from the ground up
- Build direct, trusted relationships with SC and Overlay leadership as their first true enablement partner
- Shape how ZoomInfo thinks about technical pre-sales enablement going forward, with executive level visibility into your impact
For someone with Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineering, or technical pre-sales experience who's ready to move into enablement, or an enablement professional looking for a true 0-to-1 build, this is a career-defining, resume-shaping opportunity to establish a new discipline inside a high-growth GTM organization.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who is a strong enablement manager with the technical acumen to flex across ZoomInfo's full product suite as needed. As ZoomInfo continues its transition to a unified platform and consumption pricing model, the ability to understand and enable across multiple products – not just a single area – is essential to success in this role.
What You'll Do
Solutions Consultant & Overlay Enablement
- Build and own the enablement function for ZoomInfo's Solutions Consultant and Overlay organizations from the ground up, serving as their first dedicated enablement partner and establishing the foundational programs, cadences, and relationships that don't yet exist today.
- Partner closely with SC and Overlay leadership to assess technical knowledge gaps and design targeted enablement solutions that enhance proficiency across ZoomInfo's GTM Intelligence Platform (GTMIP).
- Build and deliver role-specific enablement content and programs tailored to the unique workflows, deal motions, and technical depth requirements of SC and Overlay audiences
- Act as a dedicated resource for SC and Overlay teams, earning trust as the first person in this seat, understanding their day-to-day challenges, staying close to the field, and proactively surfacing enablement needs before they become gaps.
GTM Intelligence Platform (GTMIP) Technical Enablement
- Drive internal adoption and technical proficiency across ZoomInfo's full GTMIP for SC and Overlay audiences – with the flexibility to support technical enablement needs across the broader product suite as business priorities evolve.
- Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, Product Operations, and our GTM Technical Teams to translate technical features, system architectures, and integrations into compelling enablement content and learning experiences.
- Create, curate, and govern high-impact technical content including product training modules (virtual instructor-led and eLearning), demo videos, technical playbooks, solution templates, and FAQs.
- Design and build enablement content across multiple formats – including eLearning modules (Articulate 360), demo videos (Descript), technical playbooks, and field-ready resources housed in Seismic and reinforced via Allego.
- Translate complex technical product capabilities and integrations into clear, business-relevant learning experiences that resonate with technical pre-sales audiences.
- Design and deliver live virtual training sessions for SC and Overlay audiences – showing up with the technical credibility and facilitation presence needed to engage these audiences effectively.
- Define success metrics at the start of each initiative and track both leading and lagging indicators to evaluate program effectiveness.
- Use data from Chorus, Allego, Seismic, and other tools to assess whether enablement is driving the intended behavior change in SC and Overlay teams.
What You Bring:
Experience & Background
- 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, or Product Enablement.
- Technical sales role (Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect).
- Quota-carrying sales role with demonstrated technical aptitude.
- Proven success in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management, with the ability to build trust and influence across organizational levels.
- Experience enabling technical pre-sales audiences (SC, SE, or overlay teams) preferred.
Technical & Enablement Expertise
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate complex product capabilities, technical architectures, and integrations across multiple product lines.
- Proven ability to translate technical product features and workflows into business value and practical field application.
- Expertise in Revenue Tech Stack tools preferred (ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Seismic, Outreach, Chorus, etc.).
- Demonstrated success designing and delivering scalable technical training programs that drive measurable behavioral change.
- Experience measuring enablement effectiveness through learning assessments, behavioral metrics, and business impact analysis.
Core Competencies
- Strong enablement project manager – able to manage multiple complex, cross- functional initiatives simultaneously with competing deadlines.
- Technical acumen with the ability to flex across a broad product suite rather than specializing in a single product area.
- Self-starter mentality with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments where priorities shift frequently.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for varied audiences.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable enablement strategies.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and limited existing infrastructure; energized rather than deterred by building programs, metrics, and relationships where none currently exist.
