Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented FP&A professional to drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across the organization. The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders to provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze monthly financial performance, identify key variances, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Prepare management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations highlighting business performance and key financial metrics.
  • Partner with business units to monitor revenue, costs, gross margin, profitability, and operational KPIs.
  • Support business case development, investment analysis, pricing decisions, and scenario planning.
  • Track actual performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Drive process improvements and automation in financial planning and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Business Operations, Sales, HR, and other cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and alignment.
  • Ensure adherence to internal financial controls, policies, and reporting standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
  • MBA (Finance), CA, CMA, or CFA qualification is preferred.
  • 6–10 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, or Business Finance.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and management reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, advanced formulas, dashboards).
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite and planning/reporting tools such as Anaplan, Hyperion, Adaptive Planning, or OneStream is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools is an added advantage.
