This is a highly visible position requiring regular interaction with senior leadership.The ideal candidate brings strong project management expertise, capital/construction experience, and the ability to drive results through cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and effective stakeholder communication.Position AccountabilitiesLead high-impact capital projects, including new facility startups, building expansions, and other facilities related initiativesPartner with senior leadership (including SVP-level stakeholders) to ensure alignment on priorities, progress, risks, and key decisions while delivering on time and on budgetBuild and maintain strong cross-functional relationships across DSD and the broader KDP networkCoordinate cross-functional teams and external contractors to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectationsMonitor project performance, analyze schedule (including critical path), and adjust scope, schedule, or resources to meet objectivesProvide clear, consistent communication on project status, milestones, risks, and changes to stakeholders and leadershipLead project meetings (status updates, milestone reviews, issue resolution), including agenda setting, documentation, and follow-upsStrong focus on new building startups and expansions; additional DSD initiatives may be assigned as neededTravel 50% (minimum) across the U.S. and North America to support onsite project executionPerformance CompetenciesAdaptabilityStrong leadership presence and influenceChange managementInnovative and strategic thinkingEffective communicationData-driven decision makerAbility to influence at all levels Total Rewards:$115,000-$130,000 / yearActual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors Benefits, subject to eligibility, and collective bargaining agreements (where applicable): Medical, Dental and Vision, Paid Time Off, 401(k) program with employer match, Child & Elder Care, Adoption Benefits, Paid Parental Leave, Fertility Benefits, Employee Resource Groups, Breastmilk Shipping Services, Dependent Scholarship Program, Tuition Reimbursement, Education Assistance, Employee Assistance Program, Personalized Wellness Platform, Mileage Reimbursement and more!Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility Requirements:Bachelor’s degree preferred (project management certification or equivalent experience considered)Project management experience in cross-functional environments, preferably DSD, warehouse operations, capital projects or constructionAbility to travel minimum 50% with extended onsite project support as requiredAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint), with experience in Microsoft Project scheduling toolsAbility to work full days on a shop floor or field sales-based environment.  Company Overview:Keurig Dr Pepper (Nasdaq: KDP) is a leading beverage company with more than 150 owned, licensed and partner brands that meet a wide range of needs and occasions.
