Senior Associate - Strategy & Operations (Growth)
<p><strong>The opportunity</strong></p><p><span>Voy is a leading preventive healthcare platform for men and women, with core clinical pathways across weight management, hormone treatments, dermatology and mental health. The business is scaling fast - $675m annualised revenue, growing ~130% YoY, operating across the UK, Brazil, Germany and India.</span></p><p><span>This role reports to the Senior Manager of Strategic Finance (Growth) within a lean, high-performing team. You will partner closely with leaders across the business - initially focused on Commercial &amp; Growth, with broad exposure across the org. The role suits someone who wants to use strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive commercial decisions at a rapidly scaling company.
