By maintaining documentation and reporting on progress, they provide visibility into the project's status and foster a culture of continuous improvement for future projects.
Principal Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Develop a detailed project plan outlining objectives, scope, resources, timeline, and budget.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the project team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources efficiently, including personnel, budget, equipment, and materials.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing concerns.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project success.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet predefined quality standards and requirements.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress through key performance indicators and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
- Budget Management: Oversee the project budget, ensuring expenditures stay within limits and financial resources are used appropriately.
- Problem Solving: Address challenges and obstacles that arise during the project lifecycle to keep the project on track.
- Closing the Project: Conduct project closure activities, including final deliverable acceptance, documentation, and team debriefing.
- Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve project goals.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to various stakeholders.
- Time Management: Skill in managing one’s own time and the time of others to meet deadlines.
- Risk Management: Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Problem-Solving: Proficiency in analyzing problems, generating solutions, and making decisions quickly.
- Negotiation: Skill in negotiating resources, contracts, and stakeholder needs to achieve project objectives.

4. Key Success Factors (Key Metrics / KPIs / Deliverables)
- Driving sales for break through Initiatives (BTI), Core Growth Initiatives (CGI)
- Demand Generation
- Drive lock-in specifications and dilute challenging specs
- Drive regulatory approval and customer AVL
- OEM development by application selling. - infrastructure, F&B, Power, Heat treatment, Packaging, OEMs
- Identifying gaps in the current coverage and drive Honeywell acceptance
- Participate in Mutual Action Planning (MAP) discussions with our CP/SI
- Attend Pre-bid and post bid technical meetings and drive Honeywell needs
- Willing to travel 5 days in a month to SEA countries
- Improve the project margin 2% to 5% from booking.
- Control the project resources within the budget
- Revenue Recognition as per the project schedule
- Good or Improve customer experience based on customer feedback (survey)
5. Work Experience Required
- 8-10 years with at least 4 years in on HON or competitors FI product portfolio
- Proven business experience in multiple vertical markets, including field products industries. Networking within the instrumentation industry- large customers, OEM's, EPC's and Consultants will be a strong advantage.
- Supporting sales campaigns or programs in specific markets or for specific products
- Proven Presentation skills
- Technical understanding of portfolio, competition and understanding of customer applications is must
- Moderate travel (1-2 days a month)
- Understands the value proposition of Honeywell and all the company has to offer
- From experience, a good knowledge of our customers’ businesses and drivers
- Working knowledge of Honeywell, commercial terms, contract terms, etc.
