Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and PowerPoint; experience with systems such as SAP, Hyperion, and Access preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Effective collaboration, stakeholder management, and ability to influence without direct authority across a matrixed organization. Quick learner with a proactive, customer-focused approach. 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or a similar finance role. Experience in the medical device, healthcare, or other related industries Experience with Hyperion or similar financial planning and reporting systems.
