As a Content and Knowledge Management - Associate 2, you will focus on organizing, creating, and sharing knowledge within the organization. You will develop and implement strategies and tools to effectively capture and disseminate information, collaborating with various teams to identify knowledge gaps and promote leading practices. As an Associate, you will contribute to projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will engage with different stakeholders, build meaningful connections, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge and understanding your strengths.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Internal Firm Services, focusing on business services and support. You will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential information, confirming smooth operations within the organization. Responsibilities
-Content & Knowledge Management
-Publish and maintain large volumes of content on PwC internal portals.
-Sanitize documents to mitigate Firm risk
-Collaborate with onshore teams to support content collection, sanitization, archival, and retrieval processes.
-Act as a custodian of knowledge assets for internal stakeholders.
-Contribute to content development for marketing materials, internal campaigns, and reporting.
-Enhance existing content on Connected Source to ensure continued business relevance.
-Upload and manage knowledge assets using Connected Source content management system (CCMS).
-Project Support & Best Practices
-Manage diverse requests with quick turnaround times and high quality.
-Have ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks with attention to detail
-Identify and share process improvement opportunities and best practices.
Redaction
-Working within an AI redaction Service Application to upload and review redacted documents
-Manual redaction of client specific information from documents (outside of the Application
What You Must Have
- Full time graduate or the equivalent degree
- At least 2-4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
