You will be an integral part of the sales leadership team by providing continuous mentorship for our BDRs, refining our sales process, defining and tracking our KPIs and spearheading BDR recruiting. You will work closely with other leaders in sales, marketing, sales operations, marketing operations, and sales enablement to drive the strategy for the business development team. At Clearco, BDRs both qualify inbound leads from marketing and work directly with the AE team to prospect outbound within their territory to convert accounts into opportunities.
