Position drives the implementation of these new processes and continuous improvements at the sites with cross⁃functional collaboration with Quality Engineers, ME and CI teams.Identify and Define Global Processes (30%)Collect expectations and requirements for core manufacturing quality processes with relevant functions to determine where global processes are not meeting business needsDevelop global quality manufacturing framework, processes, procedures and tools in line with stakeholder requirementsDrive Implementation of Global Process Improvements (50%)Evaluate risks and define action plans related to global process implementation by working with regional / site leadsProject manage the implementation of processes at site level in close collaboration with cross functional teamsProvide training to local Quality and Operations in collaboration with site and COE training teamsEstablish and Manage Continuous Improvement Processes (20%)Incorporate best practices globally, where appropriate, by driving continuous improvement of quality processesImplement lean/continuous improvement practices at the manufacturing sites with a focus on Quality and process control in close collaboration with Quality Engineers, CI and ME functionsConduct routine reviews with the VP/Regional Quality Leads and adapt processes, as neededQualifications Experience in Fast Paced Consumer Goods manufacturing environment a plus (Cosmetic, Food, or Pharma)Good knowledge of Continuous Improvement and Lean methodologyAbility to conduct and train on risk assessmentAbility to conduct and train on root cause analysis and investigationStrong in data & analytics, statistics and process controlStrong in project managementExcellent relationship manager, influencer and communicatorStrong technical writing skillsEffective oral and written communication skills and ability to appropriately communicate information to cross functional stakeholdersAbility to write and review SOPsComputer skills such as Microsoft Office, SAPStrong knowledge of ISO certification preferredInsights from previous hires Data Privacy AgreementWhen you upload your resume, we provide job recommendations to you.
