Creator Operations

Join the world's first AI-native influencer partner and run the engine room: real clients, real creators, real responsibility from week one — with an AI platform absorbing the boring parts as you grow.

Tano is the AI-native influencer partner. We run the full creator flywheel — gifting, affiliate, whitelisting, creator partnership ads — for brands like Skin+Me, Bloom & Wild, Gousto, Fussy, and Granola. Our AI platform handles creator sourcing, outreach, and negotiation end-to-end. We are backed by Cherry Ventures, Seedcamp, and The Players Fund.

The role

You'll be the execution engine of our DTC pod: the person who keeps campaigns for 13+ brands moving every day. Creator comms, content chasing, gifting logistics, tracking links, payouts, support requests, reporting — the operational reality of creator marketing at scale. You'll learn the entire flywheel from the inside, take on more responsibility as fast as you earn it, and work alongside an engineering team whose job is to automate the repetitive parts of yours.

We don't require creator marketing experience — we'll teach you the domain. We hire on who you are.

What you'll do

  • Run the day-to-day delivery queue: creator communications, approval loops, and support requests across the client portfolio.
  • Coordinate product gifting and fulfillment for e-commerce brands.
  • Set up and monitor affiliate tracking and creator payouts.
  • Assemble weekly client performance reporting.
  • Document and improve every process you touch — your workflow notes become the specs our platform team automates.

You're probably a fit if

  • You're genuinely curious — you dig into how things work, and you want to do more with the world than your job description says.
  • Something is driving you, and it shows: you've achieved things relative to your opportunities that made people take notice.
  • You actively want a career in marketing — you've chosen brand or consumer-adjacent things deliberately, and the creator economy interests you as a business, not just as content.
  • You hate repeating manual work: you've built the spreadsheet, template, or automation nobody asked for.
  • You're organised, calm with many plates spinning, and direct.
  • Any experience in creator marketing, agency work, e-commerce, or ops is a bonus — genuinely not required.
